Why are you upgrading the core processing system?
We want to give every member the absolute best financial services experience. This upgrade is necessary to provide you with the best service possible and all of the bells and whistles you deserve.

During the upgrade, will I still be able to access my accounts?
Yes, your accounts will be accessible during the upgrade but in a limited capacity. Please see the schedule below for more detailed information. 

How will the upgrade effect online banking?
If you use our app you will need to download the new one on June 2 or after. Whether you access online banking through the website or the app, you will use the same username you currently use. Your password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number and you will be prompted to change it once you have logged in.

How will the upgrade impact automatic deposits and withdrawals?
All direct deposits scheduled for May 30 and any pending credits will be posted by 5:00 PM on May 30. Any automatic withdrawals scheduled for May 30 will be posted that day as well. All direct deposits and automatic withdrawals scheduled for May 31 and June 1 will be posted on June 2. Please plan accordingly and make any transfers prior to May 30 at 5:00 PM.

Can I use ATMs and my Patterson cards during the upgrade?
Yes, ATMs and all Patterson cards (debit and credit) will be available and functioning during the upgrade however debit cards will be operating in stand in mode. This means that daily limits will be lower.

Will my information be secure during the upgrade?
Yes, your security is always our top priority and your account information will remain protected as we complete this upgrade.

Why will Patterson be closed on May 31 and June 1?
During that time we will be working with our conversion team to ensure that all account information transitions over smoothly and accurately.

Will my account and routing numbers change?
No, your account and routing numbers will remain the same after the upgrade.
